We service and maintain more than 100 escalator units, combining the latest engineering innovations with product knowledge of all types and ages of equipment. So, if you’re in need of cutting-edge technology for measuring escalator wear, or engineers with a direct contact with equipment manufacturers, we have the answer.

Refurbishment

We can reduce escalator refurbishment times from the traditional 26 weeks to a vastly improved 12 weeks, which has earned us a top award from the Institution of Engineering and Technology. More innovations are in the pipeline.

Logistics

We manage a supply chain that’s capable of transporting people and materials to the most hard to reach parts of the Tube network. Moreover, we have the expertise to ensure delicate equipment is handled correctly and safely.

Did you know?

  • We fit escalators to an accuracy that is within half a millimetre for every 50 metres. This is better than the accuracy achieved with lasers.
  • Using our smart step device in conjunction with a new engineering facility, we’ve modified the design of the LHDM type escalator step, doubling its life to 10 years.
  • We manage our own fire system isolations and hoarding work, and run our own temporary power supplies so you don’t have to.
