We have cut delays on our three lines by over 50% and delivered all of our projects to date on schedule. Our key achievements are: Piccadilly line - 70% more reliable The reliability of the Piccadilly line has been transformed and it is consistently 70% more reliable than in 2003 Northern line - 65% more reliable The Northern line, previously known as the “misery line” saw great improvements in 2008 and is now 65% more reliable than in 2003 Jubilee line - 17% extra capacity We added an extra car to every Jubilee line train at the end of 2005, adding 17% extra capacity We have upgraded 94 of our stations. This programme has seen a threefold increase in the number of CCTV cameras on the stations, helping to make them safer for passengers. We have also introduced numerous passenger help points and information boards, repaired structural damage, increased seating and redecorated all of our stations. We have replaced or refurbished almost 100km of track We have refurbished over 70 escalators out of 93 due by 2010 We have virtually eliminated graffiti on our lines – no train goes into service with graffiti on We have improved the cleanliness of the network We have installed new lifts to make a number of stations fully accessible.
