Steve Norris Stratford Skills and Competence Centre Business Manager Steve is responsible for the management of all activities within the Stratford centre including the Competence Management system and the Apprenticeship programme. Gary Burnham Training Delivery Manager Gary is responsible for all Technical Training delivery within Tube Lines; all course delivery controls for quality, standardisation and customer feedback as well as the management of the Trainers. Nicola White Administration Coordinator Nicola is responsible for the management of the centres administration, room bookings and payments for attendance. Hannah Southerland Competence and NVQ Advisor Hannah is responsible for managing the company’s ongoing competence programme and NVQ activities. Liza Okafor Apprentice Co-ordinator Liza is responsible for the management of Tube Lines award winning Modern Apprenticeship Scheme, her role is to recruit, develop and manage the Apprentices.
