No legal action was taken, nor notices served against Tube Lines, in the period under review.
However we did receive a warning from Camden Council regarding noise nuisance at Goodge Street station. This followed a complaint, regarding loading and unloading of materials outside the station at night during Northern line track renewal work, which was escalated to the local authority. We reviewed our practices and relocated the loading point away from the station entrance.
