Being a good neighbour

The majority of Tube Lines’ work takes place overnight to allow London to keep moving during the day. This does however brings lots of challenges, especially when many of our stations and work sites are in the heart of the local community.  Tube Lines is committed to being a good neighbour and does its best to keep disruption to a minimum. It’s not always possible to complete our work without any disruption so we keep local residents informed about any planned works that may have an impact on them. We also work closely with local authorities, keeping them informed about the activities we are carrying out.

Tube Lines has a dedicated helpline, which has been set up to respond to any enquiries and concerns that local people have about its works.

The helpline can be contacted 24 hours a day, seven days a week on 08700 70 24 24 or by emailing helpline@tubelines.com.
