Tube Lines operates as a stand-alone company, independent of our shareholders. There are no reserved roles in the supply chain for our shareholders or anyone else. Our shareholders do play a role in helping us to deliver our vision, by providing world class project and operational management expertise and experience that comes from some of the world’s most challenging construction and maintenance environments.

Amey

Amey is a leading provider of integrated business and infrastructure services to the public and private sector and is working closely with central and local government to develop major projects including PFI and PPP projects, in the education, health, transport and defence sectors. Services range from managing large scale transportation infrastructure to delivering professional and back office services, all of which are underpinned by leading-edge technology and a genuine partnering philosophy. Amey is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Spanish owned Ferrovial.

Bechtel

Bechtel is one of the world's premier engineering, construction, and project management companies. It provides technical, management, and directly related services to develop, manage, engineer, build and operate installations for its customers worldwide. Bechtel has addressed some of the most challenging and complex engineering, procurement, construction, management, development and financing projects. In the UK, it is well known for its work on the Jubilee Line Extension and the Channel Tunnel.
