Leadership development

We are committed to empowering our employees to developing themselves and their careers within Tube Lines and have invested in a variety of tailored training and development programmes. These have succeeded in:  

  • boosting the motivation of employees; and
  • encouraged them to think of new ways of working and innovating.

Various other change initiatives have been launched to ensure that the momentum created by the training programmes is captured and maintained, to continue to encourage employees to develop new ideas.
