Nicky joined Tube Lines in 2005. She is responsible for the continuous development of our employees and recruiting world class people to deliver our improvements programme for the London Underground. Our employees are our most important asset and the Human Resources department has demonstrated Tube Lines’ commitment to harnessing their skills and experience for the benefit of London with our re-accreditation as an Investor in People (IiP) in July 2008. Nicky has over twenty years experience in Human Resources within a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, engineering, retailing and logistics, and within the railway industry.
